Korine - Tear
The old scribe returns to Pennsylvania to certify his adoration for the work of Korine, an amazing line-up from Philadelphia which, in this feverish February, cures our flu symptoms and gladdens our days with its sparkling and clamorous freshness, in a tree-lined avenue of songs that give oxygen and comfort.
Joy arrives, lightness imbued with awareness, with rhythms that induce dancing, and it is a levitating in the air to see the world with smiles, forgetting the blackness that overpowers it, like a generous display of dreams that overcome the impossible.
The 90s show the need for heirs within that crowded crossroads of Alternative, Synthpop, Indie Pop, Post-Punk, Pop and waves of Electronics: the band succeeds perfectly in their intent, like an absurd that wakes up and makes us witness a miracle.
