Watch out: Indiana is burning, the Minimal Wave and Coldwave avalanche of this project, one of many, by the legendary Mark Mehlbauer, the electronic vampire who digs inside the falseness of the world to find these rigid, murky, magnificent trajectories in which getting lost is the best prize one could wish for. It is America expressing its way of scouring souls, having nothing to envy from those who invited these hypnotic forms into the heart of old Europe.
The electronics prove to be dry, with the diet manifesting beautiful, slow, swollen sides of toxic blackness, sublime.
The track has its own precise pattern, being a screen with only one channel, no possibility, let alone desire for more. Music stripped down to the bone, magnificent and with nothing to add but the provocation of solemn abandon: mission accomplished...
