Livinroom - Disaster

St Petersburg is the new Darkwave Mecca: no doubts, just love, like that for a satin dress on a spring windy day. The Russian line-up releases four swords, wounding nostalgia, creating the possibility of remaining faithful to old musical genres only to see them transformed. New possibilities swell the chest, and you feel addicted to a freshness, while sadness drags you to move your feet, in a circular way, as an ally of a force that forces you to be happy...

And, the moment Coldwave and Post-Punk appear, the smile drools like black lipstick. When the music you listen to makes you close in on yourself with your headphones, you know you've won because only those notes go through your head. Staggering rhythms, syncopations, stop-and-go, guitars stuttering, the bass stitching the rhythm on those melodic trails: we found a voice similar to that of the singer of Cerulean Veins, less sensual, colder, I would say perfect for these heavy-hearted igloos...
