Antipole - Paris Alexander / Perceptions

Two absolute stars return to collaborate producing a stunning single, in anticipation of the album coming soon.

Meanwhile: the astonishment is equal to the very high appraisal that the old scribe has of these characters, who offer the art of music yet another river on which to stretch out the body of one's mind, for the immense pleasure of being inside a song that sounds like a forest moving at night, in the far north of thoughts, to conquer the dance and the conviction that Karl and Paris are souls with a scalpel in their hands and that for the umpteenth time they are operating on the mode of how a song is composed to establish the possibility of perfection, which, punctually, is revealed.

Two hundred and twenty-eight seconds of Darkwave oscillations and Coldwave aromas, among breaths shrouded in mist, to allow the electronics to play their part, like glue. The sensual movement moves forward, meeting Karl's guitar that sows tears in flight, while Alexander's voice feeds enchanting perceptions and at the same time gives a pleasant unease. All this over a carpet of keyboards that take hold of thoughts and seduce them, impact with them and bring them together. Something sad, prone to fragility, comes out of this spectacular, classy performance, making us realise that the two's art is not detached from reality but rather photographs it: a consoling act of great importance. Music, like ice with a sensual progression, crosses the North Pole, tracing trails even in the sky: it seems that this is the area for a resounding discovery, an artistic swing that brings something expected because, let's face it, one is always looking forward to the work done together by these two creatures who know how to stun us.
