My Review: фарфоровые коты - Iron Curtain

 фарфоровые коты - Iron Curtain

But what enchanting place is Belarus?

No, nothing to do with joy, love, the possibility of living an existence with maximum freedom of expression.

But from negations, from limits, from stale things come prodigious and vehement thermal flows, tending towards the glaciality of feeling and flowing into robotic musical propensities that stun and, indeed, enchant.

This is the case with this band, who, only a month after the release of Fate, return with two songs that seem to distance themselves not a little from those contained in that album: a continuous scouring that removes much of the electronics and abysses, to instead concede more space to powerful entrances into the most contaminable and contaminating Darkwave.

If, with the powerful Iron Curtain, we dance and reel along with a guitar that seems to have come out of a nightmare, exhausted but still capable of wounding and instilling fear, with The Wall everything becomes slower, suggestive in a different way, because the notes seem to come out of an Icelandic geyser. A few seconds, but they know how to become the calm switch to turn on to let the previous emotions fade away.

The boys prove to be prolific, indefatigable, full of fire in the land that would like to extinguish enthusiasm but they insist, like knights of stubbornness, with their gothic gaits without having the look of it.

They are back to stay: a band to bet on with your heart's wallet ready to swell...
