HEIMBERG - Endless Lies

Third release for the Strasbourg band, increasingly interested in dilating light and encompassing it in a desolate, mysterious place of enchanting inclination towards a semi-urban decadence. This time, a solo track, but majestic, excruciating, with the guitar thanking the Cure, delivering a Post-Punk of British origin, but capable of preserving that nature that the French country defends to the sword. Coldwave presents itself as a subtle chill on the skin, leaving its neighbour Darkwave to close a heart-warming gothic circle. A circle of melancholy tightens the breath, it may be the guitars glued to long and magnetic notes, it may be the bass that knocks at death's door, but this song knows how to become a nail in the head, where the loneliness that will burn inside us will bleed...

La mia Recensione: HEIMBERG - Endless Lies

 HEIMBERG - Endless Lies

Terza pubblicazione per la band di Strasburgo, sempre più interessata a dilatare la luce e inglobarla in un luogo desolato, misterioso, di incantevole propensione verso una decadenza semi-urlante. Questa volta un brano solo, ma maestoso, lancinante, con la chitarra che ringrazia i Cure, consegnandoci un Post-Punk di origine britannica, ma capace di conservare quella natura che il paese Francese difende a spada tratta. La Coldwave si presenta come un brivido sottile sulla pelle, lasciando alla vicina di casa Darkwave il compito di chiudere un cerchio gotico che scalda i cuori. Un circolo di melanconia stringe il fiato, saranno le chitarre incollate a note lunghe e magnetiche, sarà per il basso che bussa alle porte della morte, ma questa canzone sa divenire un chiodo nella testa, dove a sanguinare è la solitudine che brucerà dentro di noi…
