Polina Suffer - Plastic Regrets
From the city of Savoy, where part of the old scribe's life has taken up residence, comes a duo with a stunning single, glacial, surgical, nervous, robotic, flamboyant, prone to arouse an emotional tension that proves pleasant and constant. It is two hundred and eleven seconds of immersion in electrified Post-Punk, with Darkwave feathers to generate beauty for the passing, in this box of pins created by the sprawling voice of Beatrice Bartolini, a Goddess who sings of fetishism, lies and plastic regrets to give the lyrics a black and murderous sacredness.
Her and Tommaso Leporale's work is to create a pelvic seduction, one dances, one drools, one desires the unusual and what one declares to be unjustly perverse.
And it is ecstasy of heated souls, huddled around powerful and devastating sexual practices, which give the scribe the pleasure of calibrated and powerful writing. The music, a riding hypnosis without stuttering, is inspired and methodical, with references to the crazed impulses of German bands in a state of pleasant disarray.
Turin is back and in the best of ways: let's celebrate!
