My Review: TWIN TEARS - Flesh War

 TWIN TEARS - Flesh War

A lone man in charge of operations, from the northern United States: this very little information is enough for you to go straight away.

We are in the presence of a resounding EP, full of desolation, a world compressed within a musical refuge manifesting Post-Punk, Minimal Synth and small Darkwave fragments.

But that is not the point. On the contrary, it would be dangerous to limit oneself, here more than ever, to a stylistic definition, because not even a microscope is allowed entry to certain cells. One relies on sensations, on the reactionary motions of a belly that perceives a considerable wave of suggestions without wording, without all this causing annoyance.

A hormonal deluge, a closing sky, a dense shower of philosophical friction come together in these compositions, to delineate our effervescent curiosity: will it all come from a secret tunnel that, starting in Sheffield in 1982, has only now become apparent in our listening? The answer may not be needed, as what we find ourselves doing is trying to assume an expression that does not show too much of the hubbub and joy mixed with depression, which makes us children inside the wind of a really powerful stunner.

The hubbub smells eighties, like the dress, in a marriage that leads to six octopus specimens that, with sensuality and determination, will swim in the water of your new enchantment...
