If we were to scour Quebec well, we would discover its black soul, gravitating in the promiscuous zone of shadows, in a seductive movement of dawns ruined by bad dreams. The only way not to consign yourself to bad days is to dance with Exsect, a line-up totally interested in piercing caves haunted by esoteric spirits with Ebm and bars of Dark Electro. If you listen to it, this volcanic album, you will be creatures hurled far away, separated from earth's gravity and become the children of wolves. Keyboards like bloody guitars, vocals full of vengeance turning into an army on an unstoppable march. It's Ebm, baby, and so the body makes thoughts absent and becomes a soulless object, at least suspended from all human contact until it resonates in the air. Beautifully crafted, it will deliver you the conviction that this genre of music helps at least a little to feel those energies that seem lost forever...
